I am sure I am missing something simple. However, there are 2 Educators that are not able to save. So I want to have most people open it as read only and two of us use a password to edit the same spreadsheet. The file will be opened and you will not see the Read Only anymore. This was 2 days ago and the user hasn't had an issue since. There may be a few things better in 2010, but there are 10x as many items that have been made worse, or harder to use.
